Our Story
Southern Ontario's Maintenance Partner
Target Facility Services was built from the ground up to solve a problem every property manager knows too well: juggling a dozen different contractors, chasing follow-ups, and never quite knowing who's accountable when something goes wrong.
We set out to change that. By bringing exterior seasonal services, interior cleaning, preventative maintenance, amenities care, and building upgrades under one roof, we give property managers a single point of contact — and a team that shows up, does the work, and stands behind it.
Today we serve condominiums, commercial properties, and industrial facilities across Southern Ontario, from Oakville and Burlington to Windsor and everywhere in between.
