High rise cleaningFull exterior window cleaning for all 4 existing towers , following the completion of tower 5. Due to limitations in roof anchors, rope access was utilized to clean the construction debris from the windows.
Building UpgradesComplete removal and replacement of lobby and corridor flooring across 8 floors of a commercial office tower in Burlington. Epoxy and luxury vinyl tile installed over a two-week schedule with the building fully occupied.
Preventative MaintenanceBuilding-wide dryer vent cleaning was for a 232 -unit residential tower in Kitchener for the first time since being built. This was following a fire in one of the units. Some units had to have new lines installed due to being a fire hazard. All units serviced over four days.
Exterior SeasonalFull-season snow removal and ice management contract for Jamieson Car & Truck Rental in Ingersoll, Ontario. With an active rental fleet that cannot afford weather-related shutdowns, TFS delivers 24/7 on-call service throughout the winter season — guaranteed 2-hour mobilization, continuous lot clearing during active snowfall, and proactive salting and sanding to keep every lane, entrance, and vehicle access point fully operational at all times.
Interior CleaningOngoing day porter and janitorial program for a multi-tenant office complex in Kitchener. Daily cleaning of common areas, washrooms, and lobbies with a dedicated on-site TFS team member.
Building UpgradesFull perimeter caulking and sealant replacement on the high-rise condominium at 20 Blue Jays Way — located at the corner of Front Street and Blue Jays Way in the heart of downtown Toronto. Working at significant height in a dense urban environment required strict adherence to Ontario safety regulations, including certified rope access technicians, engineered anchor point inspections, fall arrest systems, and full traffic and pedestrian protection plans coordinated with the City of Toronto. All failed sealant was removed and replaced with commercial-grade weatherproofing compound, completed in a single mobilization with zero disruption to building residents or street-level activity.
